Engl 21007 Writing for engineers

Welcome to my Portfolio of Writing for Engineers. Throughout this course, we have learned what it means to be an engineer and how to write like one. This course broadened my perspective on engineering as a career and connected me to many like-minded individuals with similar goals.

About Me

My name is Damani Chung, and I am a first-year engineering student at City College of New York. I specialize in computer engineering and software development. I’ve been on this path since I was 12, when I built my first computer, and I’ve never stopped being passionate about it. My primary objective is to create my own software and provide it to businesses in need, with the hope of easing the workflow of busy companies. In case that doesn’t work out, I’m also interested in gamedevolpmentĀ and cybersecurity. So far, I’ve done basic math classes up to Calculus 1. In high school, I created Lego robots, learnt Python and Java, and am proficient in both. I am really passionate about physical health and fitness; the gym is one of my favorite pastimes and where I spend a significant amount of my time outside of school and studying.
